Why not per-stakeholder pricing?
It taxes hiring
Per-stakeholder billing means every option grant to a new engineer raises your software bill. That's a tax on exactly the thing you're trying to do: grow the team.
It punishes portals
Metered tools make you think twice before giving investors and employees their own view. With Vquity, portal access for everyone is the default, not a line item.
It compounds as the roster grows
On a per-stakeholder plan, adding employees and investors can move the company into higher usage or pricing bands. Vquity stays $990 a year (or $99 a month) whether your cap table has 12 stakeholders or 300.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge per stakeholder?
No. Paid Vquity is a flat $990 per year (or $99 per month) per company workspace, with unlimited stakeholders. Some competing plans meter stakeholders or use company-size tiers; check their current plan pages for the terms that apply.
Is anything gated behind a higher tier?
No. Every module and every export is included on every plan, free included. Plans differ only in scale: free covers one company with up to 10 stakeholders, and any paid plan lifts both limits. There are no per-module upsells.
What exactly does free include?
Every module, one real company, and up to 10 stakeholders on it. Sample companies are unlimited and fully featured, so you can explore the seeded "Northwind Robotics" company (or the UAE and Saudi samples) without touching the allowance. Data exports work on free, always.
What is the founding cohort?
The first 15 companies to subscribe get the annual plan for $490 a year instead of $990, and keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active. The cap is enforced at checkout; when the 15 seats are gone, the offer is gone.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Upgrade inside the app: Settings, then Plan & Billing. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout; card details never touch Lisan servers. Cancel anytime from the billing portal on the same page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes, on every plan including free. XLSX and JSON exports cover company details, share classes, shareholders, rounds, grants, and warrants; CSV exports the shareholder register; JSON restores that structured export; and Data Room documents download separately as a zip. We name the coverage precisely because exit rights should not depend on an ambiguous claim.
Is the desktop app extra?
No. The native Windows app is included on every plan and runs on the same data as the web app.
Move your cap table off the spreadsheet.
Shareholders to SAFEs, option grants to exit modeling. One platform, priced by the company and not the head, on web and desktop.
